Cat Foster Carers Needed
Key Duties: As a foster volunteer, your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing a safe and comfortable home for a cat in need. Feeding and providing fresh water at least twice a day. Cleaning the litter box regularly. Engaging with the cat through playtime and socializing to help them adjust. Monitoring the cat’s health and behavior, and reporting any concerns to our team. Taking the cat to veterinary appointments when necessary (we will cover veterinary expenses).
Skills and Experience Needed: No prior experience is required, though a passion for animals and the ability to care for a pet is essential. We recommend:
Patience and a calm demeanor, especially with shy or scared cats. Ability to follow instructions for feeding, care, and medication. Comfortable with basic cat care tasks, such as cleaning a litter box. Reliable and consistent in attending to the cat’s needs.
