Social Media and Branding Visual Identity Designer
About Us: Lifestyle Markets Australia Inc. is a registered charity that organises community markets and events across Australia, bringing local communities together while supporting charitable initiatives including Kinds of Happiness. Our mission focuses on providing opportunities for disadvantaged youth in regional and rural areas through mentoring and skill-building programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media posts, ads, stories, and promotions.
- Create templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually impactful social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends and evolving platform design requirements.
- Optimise designs for various social media formats while maintaining high-quality visuals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in creating and managing visual identities for social media.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Time Commitment & Benefits:
