Women in Aviation Australian Chapter (WAI Australia) is looking for dedicated volunteers across Australia’s major capital cities to help organise Aviation Career Explorer Program!

This ongoing volunteer role (approx. 4–6 hours per week) is perfect for organised and proactive individuals who want to make a difference by encouraging girls to explore careers in aviation—an industry where women remain underrepresented.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Coordinate with organisations and event venues ✅ Manage logistics and administrative tasks (emails, calls, scheduling) ✅ Be available on event day to help create an inspiring experience

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Passionate about change and supporting girls in male-dominated industries ✔️ Organised, responsive, and tech-savvy (comfortable with Microsoft 365) ✔️ Confident making phone calls and coordinating via email ✔️ No aviation experience needed—just a drive to make an impact! ✔️ Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
