We are looking for people over 18 who might have some spare time on the weekends to connect with our residents. Ideally you will be a good conversationalist with clear, well-spoken English as our residents are often hard of hearing.

The role simply involves having a chat and using your interests and skills to enrich the lives of others. Our residents have a wealth of wisdom and life experience which they are willing to share, and often all you need to do is be there and listen! You do need to be committed to visiting on a regular basis as this role is very relational.

Weekends can be a bit quieter in the residential care home and some extra visitors can be just what is needed to brighten a slow day.
