Volunteer Receptionist

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others? We’re looking for a dedicated Volunteer Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organisation!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide a warm, welcoming environment
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records
  • Support staff with general office duties as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required
