Volunteer Receptionist
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others? We’re looking for a dedicated Volunteer Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organisation!
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide a warm, welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records
- Support staff with general office duties as needed
What we are looking for:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required
