We achieve this through: • Holistic well-being, • Personal reflection and development, • Support to become work-ready, including the development of social attributes and opportunities in training, • Providing safe and healthy accommodation to prepare young people for independent living.

As we expand our impact, we invite experienced professionals to join our Management Committee, and currently we are searching for a Treasurer and General Committee Members.

Character and Skills: • Deep empathy and an open-minded approach to leadership. • Robust experience managing trusts, with a strong background in financial and legal oversight. • Prior experience on a board or Management Committee, particularly within a non-profit environment, is highly regarded. • Commitment to our core values of Belonging, Mastery, Generosity, and Independence.

Your Impact: As a member of our Management Committee, you will champion our mission to forge pathways of opportunity for the youths we serve, ensuring your expertise in governance enhances our strategic direction and financial sustainability.

The Ideal Candidate: You are passionate about making a tangible difference. With expertise in finance and/or leadership, you will help guide Emerge through its next phase of growth, particularly as we enhance our presence in the Sunshine Coast region. Your decisions will be guided by a commitment to our mission, innovative thinking, and a belief in the transformative power of community engagement.
