About Healthy Mind Menu Healthy Mind Menu is a Perth-based charity dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in the hospitality industry. We collaborate with venue owners, chefs, and workers to promote positive workplace culture, reduce stigma, and provide practical mental health resources.

The Role We’re looking for a volunteer WordPress designer/developer to help us enhance our website’s design, functionality, and mobile responsiveness. Your expertise will ensure our online presence is professional, engaging, and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve website layout and visual design for a more polished look.
• Enhance mobile and tablet responsiveness.
• Optimise user experience (navigation, readability, and functionality).
• Implement design changes using WordPress themes, plugins, and custom CSS.
• Ensure site speed and SEO performance are optimised.
• Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Experience with WordPress website design & development.
• Strong UI/UX and mobile responsiveness skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with plugins, themes, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate design suggestions.
• Experience in graphic design (optional but a bonus).
