About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Scholarships & Careers Mentorship Program Coordinator to help oversee and expand our mentorship initiative. This program runs Australia's first-ever scholarship writing support program, connecting students with mentors who provide guidance on scholarships, university pathways, and career opportunities. Your role will be essential in ensuring students receive tailored support to navigate their futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate the Scholarships & Careers Mentorship Program, ensuring effective mentor-student matching.

• Recruit and onboard volunteer mentors, including university students and professionals.

• Manage communications with mentors and mentees, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues.

• Organise online workshops, Q&A sessions, and mentorship check-ins.

• Track program impact and gather feedback to improve the initiative.

Who We're Looking For:

• Passionate about education equity and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.

• Available to dedicate a few hours per week on a flexible basis.

• Someone who is proactive and comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

• Experience in mentorship, student support, or scholarship applications is a plus.
