We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our small non-profit with:

• Weekly transaction reconciliation

• Generating basic financial reports

• Supporting financial oversight and compliance

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a national organisation empowering women in the aviation industry.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Passionate about change and supporting girls in male-dominated industries ✔️ Organised, responsive, and tech-savvy (comfortable with Microsoft 365 & MYOB) ✔️ Confident making phone calls and coordinating via email ✔️ No aviation experience needed—just a drive to make an impact! ✔️ Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
