Through initiatives such as Meals for Everyone, Winter Drive, and Christmas Drive, we aim to make a positive impact on society by supporting those in need and promoting social cohesion.

What You’ll Do: ✅ Monitor group activity to ensure respectful interactions and adherence to group guidelines ✅ Engage with members by fostering positive discussions, answering questions, and encouraging support ✅ Approve posts and comments while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment ✅ Flag inappropriate content and report violations to maintain the integrity of the group ✅ Welcome new members and provide guidance on how to navigate the group ✅ Assist in creating posts or polls to encourage group participation and feedback ✅ Help resolve conflicts or misunderstandings by using empathy, tact, and clear communication

Skills & Experience: ✨ Strong communication skills, especially in maintaining a tone of empathy, compassion, and understanding ✨ Passion for creating a safe, respectful space for people from diverse backgrounds ✨ Ability to handle sensitive topics or conflicts with patience and diplomacy ✨ Proactive, responsible, and comfortable with making decisions independently ✨ A basic understanding of Facebook group management tools (preferred but not essential) ✨ Previous experience in community moderation or social media management (a bonus)
