Key Duties & Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you will:

Identify and connect with potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers to support AIM Association’s events and initiatives. Promote and sell event tickets, sponsorship packages, and advertising opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, community leaders, and stakeholders. Represent AIM Association at networking events, expos, and community gatherings to generate interest and engagement. Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching potential sponsors and ticket buyers. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the leadership team. Skills & Experience Required We are looking for individuals who are: ✅ Enthusiastic about community engagement and multicultural initiatives. ✅ Confident communicators with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. ✅ Experienced in sales, marketing, or fundraising (preferred but not essential). ✅ Comfortable networking and building relationships with businesses and community organisations. ✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
