We’re looking for a friendly person who would love to brighten the day of an older lady in New Lambton Heights who would enjoy a weekly or fortnightly visit or outing for a cuppa and a chat. Our client is a former art teacher who is a wonderful conversationalist.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
