Staff Experience & Recruitment Lead

As a Staff Experience & Recruitment Lead at RESN you will help manage our staff volunteer recruitment and succession planning and ensure RESNs volunteers perform at their best, as well as assist our staff volunteers to ensure everyone has a fun and rewarding volunteer expeirnece.
Responsibilities will include:

Assess new staff volunteer applications and conduct interviews for open positions, working closely with RESN's management team

Induct and onboard new volunteers and ensure they are well positioned to volunteer with us

Plan for future recruitment needs and identify talent for leadership and succession planning

Involve staff in upskilling and help organise social events

Conduct check-ins with volunteers, helping to ensure they are working effectively and doing work they want to do

The time commitment for this volunteer role is 2-4 hours per week

RESN is seeking applicants who are either at university, have recently graduated/are on a gap year, or who have experience working in the education sector.
