Administration Volunteer for Into Loving Homes Foundation

Are you a people and animal lover with customer service or administration experience? Into Loving Homes Foundation is seeking a dedicated Administration Volunteer to help facilitate the rehoming and adoption of animals.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate animal rehoming and adoption processes.
• Correspond with veterinarians.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Manage our social media inbox's (Instagram, Facebook).
• Use WordPress to handle administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or administration experience.
• A genuine love for people and animals.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Comfortable using social media accounts.
• This is a remote role.
• Commitment of 8+ hours per week during business hours (recurring weekly) minimum 6 month commitment. Your rostered hours will begin at 9am.
