Living Ocean is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to marine research, education, and conservation. As a fully volunteer-run organisation, we rely on the expertise and passion of our team to make a difference for the oceans. We are looking for a volunteer to join our team to help with email and marketing automation, ensuring that our communication efforts are impactful, efficient, and help us reach new supporters and donors.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns in MailChimp to support Living Ocean’s conservation mission.
• Set up and maintain marketing automation systems and workflows, creating engaging email journeys for our supporters.
• Design, test, and analyse email campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Keep content schedules and campaign calendars updated to ensure timely communications.
