We are looking for an Administration Support Coordinator to be a part of providing vital assistance to those who need it most. By taking on this role, you'll be helping to restore a lifeline for animals and people in the community.

What does the role look like? As the Supporter Group Administration Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by assisting with administration to contribute to our organisational success as a team.
Your responsibilities in this volunteer role will include:

Support the administration of the supporter group

Set meeting dates and organise venue
-
Prepare and circulate the meeting agenda in consultation with the coordinator
-
Maintain the meeting attendance register
-
Record the minutes of meetings and ensure that all reports (written or verbal) are recorded in the minutes, and that the finance report is attached

Assist with correspondence
-
Provide assistance and updates to Branch Manager
-
Initiate any follow-up action needed as a result of a resolution at the meeting, for example; letters, phone calls
-
Ensure all RSPCA NSW guidelines, policies and procedures are followed
What are the requirements?
As the Supporter Group Administration Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting RSPCA NSW's mission in your local area. Key qualifications include:

Be at least 16 years of age

Eagerness to understand and support the mission of RSPCA NSW
Time Commitment We are looking for people who can volunteer up to 15 hours per month.
