Board Directors (Non-Executive) – Two Roles Global Women Peace Foundation Ltd

The Global Women Peace Foundation Ltd (GWPF) is seeking two passionate, skilled, and experienced individuals to join our Board of Directors in a Non-Executive capacity. As a leading advocate in the global women’s empowerment movement, GWPF is dedicated to creating lasting change through advocacy, education, and community-building.

Role Overview: As a Non-Executive Board Director, you will provide strategic direction, governance oversight, and contribute to the Foundation’s mission of empowering women and promoting peace worldwide. Your expertise will help guide GWPF in achieving its goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding high standards of transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight and governance to the Foundation Contribute to policy development and decision-making processes Support the CEO in achieving the Foundation’s objectives Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Act as an advocate for the Foundation's mission and values

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience at a senior level in the not-for-profit sector, governance, or related fields
• Strong commitment to women’s empowerment, peace, and social impact
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and ability to collaborate in a diverse team
• Understanding of financial and operational governance frameworks

Time Commitment: Board meetings are held biannually.
