This initiative, supported by Rotary Mooloolaba, aims to help small businesses achieve their full potential. For a nominal fee, experienced business coaches and mentors assist in identifying and defining goals and challenges, working collaboratively with mentees to develop effective strategies and solutions.

An exceptional business coach or mentor aligns with the business owner's goals, offering support and guidance to create a clear roadmap for business growth. Through this program, mentors and mentees will collaborate to identify needs, brainstorm solutions, and engage in meaningful discussions about business operations and expansion.
