Volunteer Opportunity: Database Consolidation Expert

Key Duties: As our Database Consolidation Volunteer, you will:

  • Review existing contact lists and consolidate stakeholder information into a centralised database.
  • Clean and organise data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop a user-friendly structure for storing and retrieving information.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify key data fields for communication and fundraising needs.
  • Provide recommendations for maintaining the database in the future.

Skills and Experience Needed: To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong experience in database creation, management, or administration.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a knack for organising information.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • An understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
