The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person, right here in the Central West.

We are seeking a green thumb volunteer to visit an elderly lady living in Bathurst. Our client has a huge passion for gardening. She enjoys getting out to potter in the garden and would very much enjoy meeting someone who can pop around for a cuppa and a chat in the garden. HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of the clients cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
