In this role, you’ll be the key person ensuring our professional doggy photoshoot runs smoothly. You’ll help attendees know when and where to go, keep everything on schedule, and work with the event team to create a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

Key Duties

• Coordinate attendees and confirm their timeslot for the professional photoshoot.
• Manage the flow of attendees, ensuring three are always in line and ready to enter the photoshoot area at their allocated time.
• Communicate with the lead coordinator about any schedule delays or adjustments.
• Provide clear, friendly instructions to attendees, helping them navigate the event without creating queues.
• Assist in maintaining a calm and organised environment outside the photoshoot area.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to interact confidently with attendees.
• Comfortable in a busy environment and able to manage time effectively.
• No prior event experience needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help!
