Social Media Assistant
Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Scheduling: Assist in creating and scheduling posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and tags to foster strong relationships with our audience. Content Development: Develop content that resonates with our community, and promotes our mission. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and provide insights to improve our strategies. Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects Hearts4heart's values and mission.
Skills & Qualifications Experience in social media management, ideally within healthcare or non-profit sectors. (not essential) Familiarity with social media platforms, and scheduling tools. Strong communication skills, and a creative approach to content. Ability to analyse metrics, and make data-driven adjustments. Alignment with Hearts4heart’s values.
