Graphic Designer
What You'll Do Content Creation & Design: Create engaging designs for social media, website graphics, email marketing, and other marketing materials. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with our brand guidelines, supporting a cohesive brand identity. Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to develop visual assets, brainstorm ideas, and contribute design input for campaigns. Additional Visual Support: Design templates, icons, infographics, and more to enhance communication and outreach.
Your Skills Prior design experience, ideally in the healthcare or non-profit sector (but not essential). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva. Knowledge of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding. Familiarity with video editing or animation tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
