St. John Ambulance’s Brisbane Social Trips program is looking for friendly and dedicated volunteers to support with administration tasks. The Social Trips program provides a welcoming environment for seniors that encourages social engagement, form lasting friendships, and bring joy through shared experiences. As a Social Trips Administration Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, helping to ensure that every outing runs smoothly and that each participant has a wonderful day out."

We are currently looking to recruit a self-motivated and reliable volunteer to provide administration support to our Social Trip Service team. General administration experience is essential.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  1. General data entry and record keeping  2. Assistance with large scale mailouts 
  2. Checking Stock Levels of consumable items
  3. Compiling social; trip packs/name tags
  4. Supporting and accompanying social trips as required (shift times may vary to accommodate social trip)

Other duties as required.   Skills required:

  1. Office administration experience
  2. Intermediate computer skills
  3. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
  6. Ability to work independently
