Volunteer Opportunity: Connection Point Homelessness Event

The City of Albany is hosting its Connection Point Homelessness Event on December 4th from 7am to 7pm at Albany's Town Square. Volunteers are essential to making this day a success, providing much-needed support to our community members experiencing homelessness.

We’re looking for volunteers to help! Shifts are broken into 2-hour slots, with 3 volunteers needed per shift. This is a fantastic chance to make a positive impact, meet new people, and lend a hand to those in need.

Duties include: 🍴 Cooking sausages, preparing, and serving food
👥 Chatting and connecting with a wide range of people

Note:A Food Safe Certificate is required, which can be obtained free of charge through the ARVS office!
