Tutor Experience Lead

As a **Tutor Experience Lead ** you will ensure that RESN tutors have a fun and rewarding volunteer experience through engaging in check-ins, organising in-person events, and giving them opportunities to engage in work they want to do.
Key responsibilities include:

**Tutor retainment: ** ensure tutors are engaging in work consistently 2-4 hours a week as well as involving tutors in opportunities for up skilling and promotion

Monitor tutor engagement and feedback: Check in with all tutors via video calls frequently for feedback to guide ideas for new projects or structural changes and to work through any issues they may have.

Tutor recruitment: Manage the recruitment, interviewing process and onboarding of new tutors.

Organise social events: Involve tutors in opportunities for in-person events, ensuring that all tutors have an opportunity to attend at least one in-person event a year.

Attend and contribute to a fortnightly team meeting
This role has a time commitment of 2-4 hours per week, flexible around your university schedule. This role requires a valid Working with Children Check.
RESN is seeking applicants who are either at university, have recently graduated/are on a gap year, or who have experience working in the education sector.
