People and Culture Team Leader
Regional Education Support NetworkRegional Education Support Network (RESN) is a not-for-profit student run network that offers rural and regional high school students free educational support, such as tutoring, mentoring, and access to study resources. Our mission is to "empower regional students to take control of their future through our educational network of schools, tutors and communities.”
As the People and Culture Team Leader you will facilitate the People and Culture team’s communication and collaboration with the Director of Internal Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating fortnightly team meetings
- Being the first point of contact for any question or issues your team may have
- Writing a brief weekly report to their Director on the team’s work in the previous week
- Lead recruitment and retention initiatives
- Assisting the P&C team with the interviewing and onboarding of staff and tutors
- Provide input into effective and efficient business practices and processes (e.g. online information management and storage)
- Leverage their operational understanding of their team to contribute to the portfolio’s strategic planning
This volunteer role has a weekly time commitment of 2-4 hours.
