Staff Experience Lead
Regional Education Support NetworkRegional Education Support Network (RESN) is a not-for-profit student run network that offers rural and regional high school students free educational support, such as tutoring, mentoring, and access to study resources.
Our mission is to "empower regional students to take control of their future through our educational network of schools, tutors and communities.”
As the Staff Experience Lead you will ensure that RESN volunteer staff have a fun and rewarding volunteer experience through engaging in check-ins, organising in-person events, and giving them opportunities to engage in work they want to do.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staff retention
- Ensuring that staff are engaging in 2-4 hours of voluntary work per week via regular video call check ins
- Involve staff in opportunities for up skilling and promotion
- Organising social events
- Monitoring Staff engagement and feedback
- Staff recruitment and onboarding
- The time commitment for this volunteer role is 2-4 hours per week
