Responsibilties
- Manage executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and projects.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Draft and send out communications on behalf of the executive as needed.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of organizational events, including fundraisers, conferences, and community outreach activities.
- Manage event logistics and ensure all details are executed smoothly.

- University students or professionals from diverse backgrounds seeking experience in Community Work, Project Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Business, Legal & Finance.
- Individuals passionate about diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with availability for major events.
