IT Helpdesk Support Person - Level 1

The qualifications, skills and experience required are: • Certificate or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent or relevant computing experience • Advanced Office skills (Email, Word processing, Spreadsheet) • Help Desk skills, including user set up, ticket management and remediation instructions • Excellent customer relationship management and conflict management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent investigation, research and problem solving skills • Adult learning and training delivery skills • Project management skills • Help Desk experience in a similar role at Level 1 • Membership of a Rotary Club is desirable but not essential.
