Volunteer Finance Assistant – 2 positions

Role 1 - invoicing, and supplier invoice and grant payment entry into our accounting system.
Initial follow up with suppliers or staff to ensure compliance with legislative and internal policy requirements would also be part of this role.
Accurate data entry, a basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures and principles, and a personable manner are attributes that would be well regarded for this role.
Role 2 - we are also looking for a volunteer to assist with our merchandise sales and stock control.
Preparing orders, ensuring merchandise stock levels are maintained, as well as accurate recording in, and maintenance of, our stock control system are the main duties required.
Your customer service, accuracy, organisation and time management skills will be well regarded for this role.
