Volunteer Office Administrator / Reception

Duties may include:

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate and organised information systems
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events e.g. preparing materials, setting up meeting rooms, coordinating logistics, and providing on-site support during events or meetings, including follow-up
  • Filing and printing, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Assist in keeping the office environment clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Managing correspondence and general enquiries e.g. sorting mail, drafting letters or emails.
  • Assist in answering phones and emails and welcoming anyone who comes into the office

We are looking for energetic and passionate volunteers who are personable and have a ‘can-do’ attitude to assist us. We can be flexible around your availability.
