Name: Woolworths Carols in the Domain - Volunteering with The Salvation Army

Description: Are you looking to spread some holiday cheer this Christmas season? We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support The Salvation Army at Woolworths Carols in the Domain!

We have two exciting volunteer opportunities you can get involved with on Saturday 21st December.

- Candle Bag Stall Volunteer: help us sell candle bags to raise vital funds for our frontline homelessness services! With the support of your Salvation Army team leader, you will be responsible for selling the candle bags, accepting payment and donations, unpacking products, and restocking as required.

- Volunteer Usher: As an usher, you will play a vital role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for those in attendance. While Woolworths Carols in the Domain is open to the public with free access areas, there are also reserved seating spots available to purchase. We need the support of ushers for a variety of roles, including welcoming attendees, scanning the tickets of those with reserved seats, and guiding them to their designated area.

Special considerations: No onsite parking available - public transport preferred Volunteers must be 18+ to participate on their own. For those aged 14+ interested in attending with a parent/legal guardian, please contact us to discuss further Role involves standing for long periods of time

Time Commitment: Date: Saturday 21st December Times: Multiple shifts are available throughout the day - starting from 10:30am, with the final shift finishing at 11:30pm
