Key Duties:

• Recruit passionate volunteers for fundraising and awareness events. • Develop volunteer schedules, assign roles based on skills, and ensure events are fully staffed. • Provide orientation and training for volunteers to ensure they understand their roles and the event objectives. • Manage volunteers on event days, acting as their primary contact to ensure smooth operations. • Gather post-event feedback, recognise contributions, and ensure volunteers have a positive experience. Skills and Experience Needed: • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. • A passion for community service and supporting non-profits.

Organisational Background:

Tanya’s Home is a newly established charity in Frankston, dedicated to helping mothers recovering from addiction who have lost custody of their children. Our goal is to provide a supported accommodation and rehabilitation facility that enables mothers to regain stability, break the cycle of addiction, and reunite with their children.
