Chair Board Role
Lead the Change for WA Babies in Need Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable infants in WA? Little Things for Tiny Tots is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chair to join our Board. If you have prior experience in a Board role or non-profit sector, your leadership could help WA babies get the best start in life.

- facilitating the effective functioning of the Board, including good governance and maintaining a positive and collegiate culture
- monitoring and evaluating the charity’s performance to ensure its working in line with its original purpose and meeting its strategic objectives
- managing two paid employees who report to the Chair and Vice Chair.
About You We are looking for people who are:
- genuinely passionate in the not-for-profit sector and share our values
- willing to actively engage with our employees, volunteers and other stakeholders
- willing and able to commit the time required to fulfil the role
- good communicators who always act ethically and with integrity
- collaborative with highly developed interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve problems
Essential Selection Criteria Applicants should have:
- relevant tertiary or professional qualifications
- previous board / committee experience (highly desirable)
- reside in the greater Perth area
- no conviction of any offences or be disqualified from being a Director
- no material conflict of interest with Little Things for Tiny Tots
