Teamwear / Merchandise Coordinator
WHITE CITY SOCCER CLUB INC-
Teamwear Management: o Manage the selection, ordering, and distribution of teamwear and equipment. o Ensure all team apparel (uniforms, practice gear, etc.) is of high quality and meets the team’s needs and specifications. o Maintain inventory of teamwear and equipment, ensuring availability and timely reordering. o Work with Registrar on player/team allocation and Secretary/Treasurer for Sponsors allocation per team required for teamwear printing.

Vendor Coordination: o Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. o Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing. o Coordinate with vendors for customization and branding requirements. o Work with Supporter gear provided to procure and manage Supporter gear order • Manage the Merchandise website and respective orders

Order Processing: o Process and track orders from inception to delivery. o Address any issues related to order fulfillment, including returns, exchanges, and defects. o Ensure all orders are completed within agreed timelines.

Team Communication: o Liaise with Club Coordinator, team managers, coaches, and players to understand and fulfill their teamwear needs. o Provide guidance on sizing, product care, and customization options. o Communicate any changes or updates regarding teamwear to relevant stakeholders.

Budget Management: o Assist in budget planning for teamwear and equipment expenses. o Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget. o Provide regular reports on spending and inventory levels.

Merchandise Management: o Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise. o Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.

Administrative Duties: o Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and vendor interactions. o Prepare reports and documentation related to teamwear procurement and distribution. o Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
