*We ask for financial compensation for our time facilitating your group. These funds directly contribute to food relief efforts and to running community programs and vocational training for students with disabilities. * **Key Duties: **As a corporate volunteer team, your group will:

• Assist with planting, harvesting, and maintaining organic crops.
• Engage in general farm maintenance to ensure a healthy, productive environment.
• Help us undertake fun projects to continue improving the farm and our infrastructure

**Skills & Experience: **No farming experience necessary—we'll show you the ropes! Teamwork and communication skills will be useful as you collaborate with your group and our staff. A positive attitude and willingness to engage in physical activities, such as digging, planting, and lifting.
