• Ensure that organizational finances are handled responsibly • Keep records of income and expenditure • Prepare and present a financial report monthly to the CoM • Make financial recommendations to the CoM • Prepare and present the Annual Financial Report • Ensure a Certificate of Fidelity for the Financial Statements is prepared and signed by two other members of the CoM • Prepare an annual budget for CoM approval • Prepare and deliver statutory, taxation, and acquittal reporting as required • Maintain the assets register annually
