Regional Education Support Network (RESN) is a not-for-profit student run network that offers rural and regional high school students free educational support, such as tutoring, mentoring, and access to study resources.

Our mission is "To empower regional students to take control of their future through our educational network of schools, tutors and communities.”

As a Student Experience Lead you will be an integral part of the People and Culture team and you will ensure that RESN students are receiving tutoring to a standard that meets student expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring student engagement: regularly checking in with students to gather qualitative feedback on how their tutoring sessions are progressing

  • Working with the Sessions Team to inform students on RESN's academic and non-academic resources available to them

  • **Quality assurance: **periodically sitting in on video tutoring sessions to ensure the quality of RESN tutoring is being upheld, and working with the Impact Evaluation team to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Attend and contribute to a fortnightly team meeting

This role has a time commitment of 2-4 hours per week, flexible around your university schedule. This role requires a valid Working with Children Check.
