Join Orange Sky on our innovation journey and be a part of our newest service model supporting families in crisis. Our new pick up, drop off shifts (PUDO) provide adequate laundry facilities on a large scale to families and individuals doing it tough.

As an Orange Sky (OS) Service Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the PUDO Program Lead, OS employees and the local volunteer team to oversee and support the daily operations of a number of local OS shifts. You will also assist the broader volunteer team with roster support, incident management and monitoring weekly shift reports to help build improvements!

A week in the life of a Service Coordinator may look like:

• Support, mentor & oversee a team of amazing volunteer leaders
• Keep the local volunteer team updated with key information
• Assist with rostering and monitoring reports as required
• Build and maintain great relationships with Service Providers (partners we work with on shift).
