Allergy Life Australia supports, enhances and advocates for the lives and lifestyles of those living with Allergies in Australia.

THE ROLE

We are looking for expressions of interest for volunteer social media copywriter position, to work with our team in creating engaging and beneficial content about allergies.

This will go across all our social media channels.

The type of content will be educative, information, seasonal and with a personal focus on helping improve the lives and lifestyles of those living with allergies, and will be based on our social media calendar.

This is not a paid position.

ABOUT YOU

• You have allergies or you have an interest in helping people living with allergies
• You have a marketing, communications, health or business education background
• You have good attention to detail, strong written skills and verbal communication skills
• Social media writing copywriting experience is not essential, however experience being a strong user of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc is essential in understanding the type of content to write.
• You can apply for this role if this is your first position after completing your course and you want to get some experience

WHY VOLUNTEER WITH US

You can make a real impact for those living with allergies in Australia, working with some of the most forward working solutions for them by a leading organisation. You will also receive training and support, especially if this is your first role. All volunteers will receive a certificate after a 6 month period, and they will be provided with a referral letter for any other positions they apply for.
