We are seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to oversee and implement our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage training plans, organize sessions, and monitor trainee progress.

  • Oversee assessments, maintain records, and issue certificates upon program completion.

  • Collaborate with the core team to improve training processes and ensure alignment with the organisation's mission.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques
