Qualifications

• Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and Writing skills

• Strong communication skills, especially bilingual in English and Spanish

• Experience in managing social media platforms

• Graphic design skills in design tools

• Passion for community engagement and inclusivity

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Background in graphic design or marketing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics for social media posts and stories.

• Design materials such as flyers, newsletters, and email templates for our workshops and events.

• Help create videos for presentations related to our programs and events.

• Support the team in scheduling and posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

• Organise and maintain a content calendar for social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.

• Contribute ideas for improving visual content and campaign effectiveness.

• Assist in monitoring social media interactions and engagement.
