Fundraising Manager - Grants writing
### Key responsibilities **Fundraising strategy: **Develop and implement fundraising strategies and targets that align to WildTalk’s goals and objectives. Donor cultivation: Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, major donors, corporate partners, and grant-making organisation. Grant acquisition: Research and identify grant opportunities, prepare compelling grant proposals, and manage grant submissions to secure funding. Campaign management: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, both online and offline, to engage donors and meet fundraising targets. Fundraising events: Coordinate and oversee fundraising events, from inception to execution, including charity auctions and community fundraisers. Donor recognition and management: Ensure donors are acknowledged and recognised for their contributions, fostering a sense of appreciation and engagement, ensuring ongoing support. Records management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and fundraising performance data while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on fundraising performance to the CEO and WIldTalk Board.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of fundraising techniques, donor relationship cultivation management and relationship and grant writing.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management.
