Retail Volunteer - Online Merchandising

What You’ll Do
- Sort and evaluate donations – Identify quality items suitable for online sale
- Price and prepare stock – Ensure fair and consistent pricing for our online customers
- Visual merchandising – Present and style items to attract buyers
- Photography and listing – Capture and describe items for our online shop
- Order processing & dispatch – Pack and ship purchases with care to ensure a maximum positive customer experience

No experience needed as in store coaching and training is provided. We welcome those with previous online retail and merchandising backgrounds to share their experience with their fellow volunteers in the shop.
