Job Title: Copywriter / Marketing Officer (Volunteer Position)

About Us: Dogs Canberra Limited (DogsCBR) is a newly established not-for-profit organization committed to enriching public mental health and community wellbeing through dog-centred services. Our mission is to enrich lives through establishing compassionate connections to dogs. We're on the brink of launching our pilot program, catering to all Canberrans, and we warmly invite you to submit your application.

About You: We're seeking individuals who are not only passionate about dogs and their community but also dedicated to enhancing mental health awareness and support. While a background in marketing and copy-writing is preferred, what matters most is your eagerness to learn and contribute to our cause. If you're ready to make a tangible difference in both the lives of dogs and the mental well-being of our community, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities (full Position Description available on request):

• Marketing and SEO-friendly communication.
• Research and Content Creation.
• Social Media Management.
• Advertising and Document Revision.

Qualifications:

• Passion for dogs and commitment to improving the community.
• Willingness to learn and develop, as an integral part of a new charity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding and experience in copy-writing and marketing is preferred.
• Willingness to commit to a volunteer position for a minimum of 6 months.
