We are seeking friendly and compassionate volunteers to join our bookings office team. As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in helping clients access our transport services, ensuring they can attend essential appointments, social activities, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from clients who wish to book transport services

• Assist clients with booking their rides and answering any questions they may have

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our clients, many of whom rely on our service for their daily needs

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
• A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
• Basic computer skills to manage bookings (training provided)
• Reliability and a commitment to volunteer regularly
