Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is beneficial but not required. MCCI is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting communities from refugees and Migrant backgrounds. We provide services, including educational support, language assistance, and cultural integration programs.
