Volunteer Opportunities: Make a difference at St Luke's Care Hospital!
St Luke's CareSt Luke's Care is a private health organisation that has been dedicated to providing excellent care for over 100 years. We provide care through our Hospital, Aged Care facility, Rehabilitation and Home Care services. We are looking for dedicated, kind and compassionate volunteers to help out with one of our many great volunteer programs.

Make a difference by providing emotional support and companionship to our patients to ease their stress and anxiety.

Volunteer Roles

Help out at The Nightingale Cafe by clearing tables and providing table service and counter service.

Provide a concierge service in our foyer during peak admission times and take patients from reception to our short stay units once admitted by SLC staff.

Provide social support through our library service and playing games with our long term rehab patients.

Assist short stay unit staff with clerical duties or post-op meal services during peak times.
Requirements

All Hospital volunteers must be 18 years of age or older

All Hospital volunteers need to complete a Police Check through Pharmacy ID
-
All Hospital volunteers need to apply for a Working with Children Check if they do not already have one

Previous volunteer experience desirable but not essential
