Enquiries & Intake Volunteer
Tasks include -
• Answering the phones, checking emails and passing on messages as appropriate
• Responding to requests for information by potential clients and completing intake
forms on the client relationship management database.
• Taking enquiries and making appointments for current services
• Assisting Centre staff as required
• Maintain a positive working relationship as part of the team.
• Attend training days as scheduled
• Typing and computer work – must have good computer skills to navigate around
databases and experience in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and preferably
SharePoint.
• Be willing to volunteer a minimum of two days per week
• Volunteers who require meeting Centrelink hours accepted
